Ty Derk goes by many names: Skimmilk, Papa Skim, Captain Skim, Daddy, and on occasion Madam Milk. He is co-creator of THEE upNup, A published illustrator, a Husband, and a father of three. Ty was born in 1983 and immediately fell in love with his dad’s Atari starting him on his long fascination with video games. He grew up in the Golden Age of Gaming and all that digital dopamine. In between gaming Ty pursued the arts, went to college, graduated, got married, had kids, and now runs one of THEE best game journalism sites on the internet!

GorkyRomano

aka Chris William

Chris William, also known as GorkyRomano, is a stand-up comedian, podcaster, school teacher, and generally a pretty nice person. He is also co-creator of THEE upNup, which he started with his Brother-In-Law, Ty (see above.) Born in 1993, Chris was introduced into gaming at a very young age by both his dad and stepdad. Video games is a passion he has carried with him into adulthood. As responsibilities grew, gaming happened less and less, but always seeking to create, Chris turned to streaming and journalism to help make sure his passion was not lost.
